[Product Example] Die Casting Speed Prototype

40% reduction in delivery time! Introducing a case study that significantly reduced the yield of design verification.

We would like to introduce a case of die-cast speed prototyping for automotive parts manufacturers. The company was spending a lot of time on the verification of cast parts, resulting in enormous prototyping costs. By verifying cast items early with die-casting, we were able to significantly reduce the yield of design verification. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Verification of cast parts takes a lot of time, leading to enormous prototyping costs. ■Results - 30% reduction in prototyping costs - 40% reduction in delivery time *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[ADC12 Prototype] Aluminum die casting prototype using gypsum casting

Gypsum casting is ideal for prototype aluminum die casting. Casting with ADC12 material is possible!

Gypsum casting is a casting method using gypsum molds. It can achieve a beautiful surface finish and dimensional accuracy comparable to die-cast products. It has good transferability, allowing for the reproduction of raised and recessed characters (such as part numbers and company logos with a φ0.3 tool). It is ideal for producing prototypes, single items, and small lots, as well as for low-volume, high-variety production. Since no molds are required, it can be provided with short lead times and low costs. It is particularly suitable for complex shapes, thin-walled, and hollow shapes that are difficult to manufacture through machining. The finished cast products are dimensionally measured using a three-dimensional measuring machine to ensure quality assurance. It can accommodate zero draft angles and undercuts, which are features of gypsum casting.
